Policies and Information
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Orders for items that are in-stock normally ship within 3 to 6 days. Please note: items not in stock, may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.
If you need to return something to us, start with a phone call (303-364-0465) or email us as to your reason for needing a return.
The only returns we will accept are personalized certificates that are defective (we have a misspelling or misplacement of personalized information) or, we did not send what you ordered.
If your return was necessitated by a mistake on our part, then you will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Please be careful when you pack your return, as we cannot give credit for items not returned in saleable condition. We are sorry, but WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT EXPLANATION OR IDENTIFICATION, OR LOST IN RETURN SHIPMENT. To help prevent loss in shipment, we urge you to use INSURED Parcel Post (U.S. Post Office).
